I need help , if anyone can provide me the excel format containing ISO TS 16949-2002 clauses and waht are the changes wrt ISO 9001-2000.

Are you transitioning from TS 16949 from ISO 9001:2000?


We are tsanstioning from ISO 9001:2000 to TS 16949.

I have a file that I found here some time ago that lists all the ISO9001 and TS16949 sections and clauses plus audit questions. The black text is ISO9001 and the red text is the TS16949 additions. I'll attached it for your review. Hope this helps identify the differences for you.

I assume you are aware that in the TS manual, all the requirements in the text boxes are ISO 9001, word for word. Therefore, all the requirements outside the textboxes are TS additional requirements.

IN ISO TS 16949-2002 , is it complusory to have quality objectives department wise or we can go ahead with quality objectives where direct customer is affected in following parameters ,

Lead Times
Yields,
Delivery time

I have always done this by putting the planned communications in a matrix.

An example can be found in attachment.
