Rolling Stones at the Olympia in Detroit aroung '76, was the best show. The worst was Led Zepplin at the Pontiac Silverdome in '77. I had seen Zep before and saw them after that, but that show was horrible. They held the record for attendance at an indoor event until Wrestle Mania 3 or something.
Some other goods shows on my list are:
The The, Blue Oyster Cult, Pink Floyd, White Zombie, Scorpions, Metalica, Rosington Collins, Cure, Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen, INXS, Toad, Foghat.
I saw ELO at Cobo where they were caught lipsyncing, special effects were good. But my absolute worse concert is a toss up between KISS Alive (we are on the back cover, 2 rows up and to the left of the sign) and Bob Seger. I have never been a fan of KISS or Bob, but my girlfriend wanted to go to the shows. She started crying during Beautiful Loser and it just got worse. By the time Turn the Page came up I thought she was going to have a breakdown. As for KISS I still think they're all glitter and no guts.
