We list the company objectives (quality, health & safety, environmental) on a seperate documents and chart the progress through this document.
But, agreeing with AndyN, we discuss at System Review and record in the minutes, then I also add to the 'objectives document'
Doubling my work!:crybaby: May get rid following the next review!:yes:

IMHO: Quality Objectives need to be accessible to the people working under the QMS.
I have implemented with success:
1. Management reviews and sets the quality objectives.
2. A record is created as an output of that (QMS Management) review.
3. The quality objectives are communicated to employees via company meeting, email or posting them on the company Intranet, or having them flow down into departments and employee goals and objectives to clarify understanding, accountability, and implementation.
