All my bills... credit cards, car insurance, phone, cable/internet, mortgage, etc. want me to "go paperless".
While this clearly benefits them by cutting postage costs, where does it benefit me as I already pay everything on-line?
I like getting the bills for my records and as reminders.
In fact, I started going paperless on my cable bill and found I kept missing it by a day or two as they would send me a reminder two weeks before the due date - so I'd wait... too long.
I could really see how this would benefit credit card companies so they can slap on more late fees.
So where is the incentive?
