Biocompatibility requirements for submission to Chile

It has been a while since I am looking for Chilean submission BIOCOMPATIBILITY standards. The more I search, the less I find. Does anyone know about the biocompatibility requirements for Chile Submissions?
Any suggestion would be much appreciated!

To my knowledge, there are no Chilean requirements exceeding ISO 10993-1:2018.
