Books you like (or not)

Hi all,

I've just joined the cove and after a few days I found this thread about movies and TV shows we liked or not. As I'm not watching a lot of either I decided to ask about books people like.
I'm reading mostly in English (even if I'm french) so some of you must know this books and authors:

- steinbeck
- hemingway
- ken follet
- grisham
- harlan coben
- Tolkien
- robin hobb (the assasin quest)
- terry goodkind (the sword of truth)
- robert jordan (the wheel of time)

and some more.

Let me know what kind of books you like and if you have some good titles easy to read and enterntaining.
