Definition BOS - Business Operating System - Does BOS have any relation to Ford's QOS?

Dear Cove's friends,
I have read article mention about Business Operating System (BOS). Does BOS have any relation to Ford Quality Operating System (QOS)?
If you have information, please kindly share with us. I understand that BOS can be used as tool when implement TS 16949.

Don't mean to confuse

I certainly can and if you do business with Ford it has to. All they are doing is taking the word "Quality" out of the title. It is an attempt to show that the QOS is really how the business should operate and that it is not just a Quality Department function.
