BS 25999 - BCM (Business Continuity Management) Strategy

I have been given the responsibility to implement a Business Continuity Management System in my organization, based on the BS 25999 standard. One of the mandatory requirements of this standard is to define and document a BCM strategy. It would be great if anyone with expertise in this area could share a sample for my reference.

Hi Deepu,

I've attached a copy of our BCP layout which is based on the standard, which might get you going. Obviously the SOPs etc referenced are particular to our company (not actually ACME - a homage to Roadrunner cartoons!).
