I have not heard of it before. What else can you tell us about it? Where / how did you hear about it?

Marc, This is a draft national standard,entitled Guidlines For The Implementation Of Statistical Process Control. Part 1 is what I have and according to the forward part 2 will be a catalogue of tools and techniques. It is about 23 pages long and is numbered according to the 00 scheme. It is still in the consensus adoption process,according to the introduction. I was mailed a copy of it by a friend.

I only have a paper copy. I was told that it is on cd rom in the ASQ ISO 9000-2000 Handbook. ASQ charges $96.00 for it.
