The quick answer is no - I haven't built my own but -

There is a reasonable guidance page here, including the 'body model' used;
http://www.iec60990.co.uk/
(Disclosure - no connection)

But a point of slight warning, from the IEC web page of the standard:

The basic safety publication is primarily intended for use by technical committees in the preparation of standards ...... It is not intended for use by manufacturers or certification bodies.

IEC 60601-1 includes the body model to use for medical device testing - two resistors and one capacitor. You just need to add a high input impedance multimeter.

Yes I saw that page also on the web.
I got the standard now and I saw that the standard says so.
My interpretation is that manufacturers shall look at the product standard they have. However 60601 and 61010 refers to IEC60990 if I got it correctly as a guidance.

Found also a new document telling the following:
Resistors and capacitors used need to have a tolerance of +/- 1.0 % or individually selected for correct value by measurement.

Hard to find such capacitors :(
