Yep, the UK.

Very simple Bing search of 10 seconds shows this... Flight manuals | Civil Aviation Authority

And you need to change your user name!!

Copy and paste your EASA supplement; then go in with CTRL + F and change every EASA reference to a UK CAA reference. You'll be 96% complete by just doing that. It's criminal what the UK did in ripping off the EASA MAG word for word.
