Hello All-
Thanks in advance for anybody's assistance... I haven't run into this situation before and I am hoping that someone has.
We manufacture bulk amino acids buffers. Our batch size is 2000 Kg. We fill this product in varying container size based on our current orders. We may fill ten 100 Kg containers, thirty-two 25 Kg containers, twenty 10 Kg containers to use up the entire lot. The next lot may be a completely different configuration.
Question. Can I use ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 inspection tables for the total number of containers for the entire lot regardless of the multitude of container size and the volume of product contain within? Should I be using something different?
Again. Thanks in advance.
Dave
