As the title states, can Multipurpose Neoprene (aka chloroprene) Rubber Sheet, Food Industry grade be cleaned with IPA does anyone know?

You need to be able to answer four questions:
  1. Will IPA remove the contaminants?
  2. Will the process mechanically abrade the chloroprene?
  3. Will the chloroprene chemically withstand the IPA for the short term?
  4. Will the IPA chemically degrade the chloroprene long term?

1. Yes it will remove the contaminants.
2. The IPA will be sprayed directly onto a ceaning rag and then used to wipe down the neoprene. To my knowledge degradation will not occur. Note that acetone & IPA differ due to a different type of bonding. Above image says acetone will cause neoprene (term is interchangeable with chloroprene I believe) to harden over time.
3. Yes. It did on a previous application.
4. Info on warco.com website indicate neoprene offers good resistance to cleaning with IPA.

IPA is the most common of the solvents used for cleaning / disinfecting.
While it says A which is recommended, the IPA also quickly evaportes and hence is the most likely used solvent for cleaning with a wipedown.
