Can someone help me to understand GR&R (Gage R&R) analysis methods?

I am very new to Six sigma concepts. Can someone help me to understand GR&R analysis methods? .I need some real data to work on using Minitab. Is there some data available online ?.

Take a quick read through some of the threads in the forum this thread is in - Measurement Systems Analysis. There are many threads about MSA. That should give you some background and the basics.

Another good source for step-by-step instructions on how to conduct and analyse a GRR study is of course the AIAG MSA manual. I'd suggest get hold of a copy and try conducting a few studies yourself.

There are many example files that come with MiniTab Help. If you go to Statguide and click Example, the name of the file is mentioned. It would be good idea to use this data first if you at the learning stage of Minitab.

Reason: you can compare your result with the example analysis from Minitab.

I am still learning many functions of MiniTab and Statgraphics plus mainly using example files.

Minitab Site is also another useful resource. It has a bank of FAQ and macro functions.
