CDRH Customer Satisfaction Results at 87%

This page provides real time results for CDRH's customer satisfaction survey. The March 14, 2014 date on this page reflects the creation of the survey; CDRH officially launched the survey on June 16, 2014. On December 31, 2014, CDRH ended the 2014 data collection with an 83% Customer Satisfaction Rating. As of June 30, 2015, CDRH exceeded its June 2015 goal of 80% with an 88% Customer Satisfaction Rating. The chart below reflects data collected since July 1, 2015.
