Certificate of Conformity to NFL 00-015 How Do We Comply?

Our customers QMS requires Certificates of Conformity to comply with NFL 00-015. We have other customers who do not specify this in their Supplier Management documents. Are there significant differences between a standard supplier C of C and an NFL compliant one ?
