Change in address for critical supplier - does NB need to be informed?

A little late to this discussion and I'm no longer working in Medical Devices but, in addition to all the points made above, on the basis that the Notified Body may make unannounced audits at the sites of "critical suppliers" surely in any event they have to be made aware of any change of address if only to ensure that they don't turn up to perform an unannounced audit at a derelict facility.
You as the customer should have been informed of the move well in advance so that you could request/insist on particular steps of revalidation of processes that affect goods supplied to you, including adequate training of any new staff taken on as a consequence of the move. Additionally any certification held by the supplier would need to be "re-validated" at their new premises by their certification body/bodies.
