Change in BRH (Brazilian Registration Holder) Technical Manager

I work for a medical device company and have a request from our Brazilian Registration Holder (Importer and Distributor) to change the Technical Manager listed on our labeling due to a change in personnel. Is there any sort of regulatory requirement to obtain some sort of documentation to provide evidence? Any guidance would greatly help!
Apologies for not clarifying! We will document the change in label with our change control process. I'm wondering if it would be beneficial to have proof of registration of the change in Technical Manager, for example a copy of the company's registration stating the new Technical Manager name listed.
