Hello, we would like to change the auditor within the notified body. Who has experience, what are the risk...

And: What is the limit to provide the audit report to us after recertification audit?

Thank you and regards
Andreas

What is the reason that you want your NB to change the auditor that audits you?

Hi Kuhalit?t
You usually have the right to change of auditor. It's either officially written in their customer policy (you are a customer) or by negociation.

The usual delay to send an final audit report shouldn't be more than one month. Once again it should be in their customer policy, their own QMS or the contract your company signed.
Hope it helps.

Change of auditors can be complicated when the required competencies are highly specialized, e.g., software. In some cases, it might involve bringing auditors from far away, including other countries and it might significantly increase the audit costs.

Hello and thank you. We have software only and the auditor always have long talks about production, special processes and so on. It does not really help us in improving our system. He does not understand the handling of software only.

Thank you, regards
