Clarification on Calibration/Verification Records (IATF 16949)

It doesn't require that the dates be on the certs you provide, only that your customer can get them and retain them.

If you send them a copy of the cover page of the standard's calibration cert that should be sufficient.

Agreed. They need the information...not a revision to your cert.
If it's on the cover page, great. if not, just tell them the info that they need.

Don't change your way of doing business or your system...just give them the info they need.

"The standard used for the equipment in question {_Equipment name_} was last calibrated on _date__. It is due for next calibration/verification on __date__. Thank you for your continued business."
