IN Clause 4.3.2 (b) under ISO 14001:2004 it stated "to determine how these requirements apply to it's environmental aspects"

May I know what should I do to conply with this clause?

Please advice. Thanks.

You mean how my country's legal requirements apply to my environmental aspect?

We follow Clean Air, Scheduled Waste and Sewerage Regulation. I am not sure what is the meaning of "apply to its aspect"

Please advice. Thanks

Yes. We do generate waste that applies to Schedules Waste Regulation (Law) and have chimney that applies to Clean Air Regulation.

Please advice what should I do with that clause. Thanks in advance.

Laws tends to mean significance

The idea is that if there is a law that relates to one of the aspects of the business then this tends to make the aspect more significant and also means you have to demonstrate how you meet the legal requirement (Clause 4.5.2). So if there is a law that relates to solid waste (Schedules Waste Regulation (Law)) and emissions to air (Clean Air Regulation) then these laws should be considered when you evaluate the aspect.
