Closing Out Negative Issues in Context and Interested Parties

Hello everybody
At managing risks, I have been following this practice when identifying external issues (negatives) and in Interested parties the suppliers.

Example:
When ran the FODA, In external issues, I identified negative (risk) in external issues the Goverment policies.

And when identifying interested parties and its requirements, I found suppliers in risks.

In both, I implemented mitigation plans, and now risks disappeared and are closed.

Once risk have been treated and have gone, I added a comment like this "closed" beside the risk in my documents I created for that, 1-Externals and internal issues and 2- Interested parties.

And because according to what the standard is requiring, in respect that the policy and quality objectives should include the context, then also will check the quality policy and quality objectives in order to see if I have to change/remove some issue.

Is it a good idea to be managed in this way?

Is it right my assumption?

Thanks
