CMDR (Canadian Medical Device Regulations) Training

Hello. Our Polish Company is going to start selling medical devices in Canada, and I've found adnotatnion that our people who perfom regulatory activities are need to be trained in understanding of CMDR. The question is what does it mean? Can we be trained be ourselfs?
Is the trainer need to be confirmed by CMDCAS? What requirements need he obey?
