For SC.....remember they have the Ol' Ball Coach (Spurrier).....the same one that took Duke and Florida (National Championship, and a few SEC championships, if I recall correctly, at Florida) to prominance.....this year they have beaten Georgia, so the Dawgs - MAY - be out of the SEC East race.....even if SC loses to LSU this weekend (which I expect), that won't knock them out of the SEC East race, since LSU is SEC West.....and the same holds true for LSU if SC wins.....I had predicted in other forums that I am in (e.g., myspace, eons) that SC could take the SEC East.....their biggest test there will be Florida, since they are past Georgia.....
Big 10 football is also good football, except for the weather.....to cotton pickin' COLD up there!
Big 12 football is great football also.....very much like the SEC, except not quite as fast.....
PAC 10 this year seems to ACTUALLY have a couple of football teams that could even get along in other conferences.....I admit to being shocked, but it is true.....Oregon and Cal could easily play in the Big 10 or SEC.....at least this year.....

and for those who may be a bit fuzzy about the attraction of college or HS football.....get Remember the Titans.....clean, you can let the kids watch it.....has THREE relationships, so your wife/GF will like it.....oh, and it has good football.....and a killer soundtrack.....
