I am suggesting powder coating since you have steel tools which I don’t believe can be anodized. Pending on the number of tools you have displayed this may be an avenue to approach. Powders are hard and durable and come in a plethora of bright colors. Because you have bead blasted the tools the hard work is over, apply some powder and bake at 400*F in an oven. I have done small jobs in a home oven. (hope mom does not visit these forums) Powdercoating, like most part surfacing, is 90 percent preparation.
