Company doesn't address registrar Corrective Actions - What now?

Al,

Records of the last audit showed,the registrar issued several major n/c's, the company was asked to addressed those issues in a given time frame, but the company never did.

If this post is an answer to the "changing Registrar" post, then I detect an issue with management commitment.

On the brief information, the Registrar's actions were warranted.
