One important thing to go with the list......
make it relevant to the management team/individual issues the business faces. I'd suggest you find out what the top guns want the business to look like, their 'vision'. If they don't have one, you'll need to stimulate that discussion. Otherwise they won't know when they've 'arrived'.
Find out what keeps them awake at night and which processes contribute to that. Then make the implementation focus on improving those process issues, so they get some sleep!
