Component Placement Per hour in Pick & Place Machine

I'm going to setup this Pick & Place Machine, I'd be grateful if someone can show me the way how to do it, The questions are :

1. How to take Component Placement Per Hour(CPH) for this Pick & Place Machine (SMT) ?
2. As I knew, this CPH might be difference due to PCB board size, then am I going to determines CPH ?
3. What about this Cycle time for Pick & Place Machine, does this Cycle time is same as CPH ?

Hope someone can help because I need it desperately

I've run a lot of cycle time analyses - but will need to ask some questions / make some assumptions about your question.

1. Does this include soldering the components onto the PCB (especially if they are surface-mount) or is that the next step by another machine?
2. I would assume PCB board size would affect component placement given how much movement from pickup to placement that the machine would need to make, and I assume also that if several components are the same, that would take less time that if every component to be placed was different from each other. I would assume you would want to plan the load to minimize the distance moved by the machine.
3. I would ASSUME that "cycle time" would be the time to place ALL components on the PCB in question from receipt of the empty PCB board to kicking out a filled PCB board. I would assume you would need to take into account rework time for any missed locations, wrong placements, or skweed (not seated) placements.
4. What does "SMT" stand for?

An important question is - do you have any past data / experience with this machine that you could use as a starting point? Short of that, you could estimate off of the manufacturer's specs.
