Conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey for every submitted Bid?

Hi All,

Our current customer satisfaction process & survey is covering the clients with whom we have executed contracts, can we have something for clients where we submitted bids but no contracts executed, so that we can get more feedback.

Absolutely. Your sales person or manager could follow up on bids not won and inquire what would have made the difference. I think it's a great idea!

NOTE Monitoring customer perception can include obtaining input from sources such as customer satisfaction surveys, customer data on delivered product quality, user opinion surveys, lost business analysis, compliments, warranty claims and dealer reports.
