Hello,
We are doing a qualification for a Water Distribution System, as part of Phase-1, we are sending Conductivity water samples to a third-party location for testing. but, the third party received samples at '-2c ' (too many icepacks in the shipping container, shipped overnight) instead of in the range '2-8 c' (According to Standard methods: Examination of water & waste wasters) but we told them to continue with testing. Is there any guidance we can follow, instead of discarding the result if we can anyhow save the data by giving proper justification?
