Hi to all,
Our company's electroplating firm is applying for an ISO14001-2004 EMS certification. Through the help of more related threads in here, i'd been able to figure out some required documents.
I've discussed the requirements with the certification body, but they keep on insisting that we should get a consultant.
Here are my concerns:
1. We knew that consultation cost($) a lot and we're still in the process of cost cutting, thus we're trying to avoid huge expenses (if we still had a choice).
2. Could somebody give me a great sample or actual report samples of the following?

a. Environmental aspects and impacts.
b. Documents or check sheets integrated to Legal requirements and
compliance (Air Pollution/Emissions, Waste Water treatment.
c. Objectives and target programs.
d. Monitoring and Measurement/Corrective and preventive actions
e. EHS( Environmental Health Safety internal Audit policy and Management Review.
As a management rep,i had obtained an IS014001-2004 managers training and also scheduled all of our personnel for a training/orientation. But still we still asked for a consultant. Hope to see anybody hereb. Documents or check sheets integrated to Legal requirements and
