Can anyone can help us to confirm the followings:
- Based on this regulation, we found that restrictions for microplastics only regulates the substance manufacturer, downstream user and importer located in European Union.Are the restrictions for microplastics are mandatory for the medical devices manufacturers that is located outside the European Union.
