containment actions include all of those things said above if applicable. Your post doesn’t really provide enough info to know what is applicable.
I also don’t understand the NC: can you elaborate? It sounds like you didn’t fill out a log that isn’t required in your procedures? What is the log for? What bad thing happens if you don’t fill out the log? Is it just an ‘objective evidence‘ thing?

This simple and relatable analogy was lacking in every place where I have seen Containment discussed. :applause::applause::applause: It, as advice of a practical approach, should be delivered in the form of an Aspirin tablet to every Quality System Professional, anywhere. My not-so-humble opinion.
