Re: how to continual improvement base on compay's conditions

Zerodefect has started several threads. This one is addressed in the Continuous Improvement forum.

Continuous improvement is to some degree specific to a company, but if you want specifics you would be best describing the company, processes and products so people can answer more specifically.

By reading through some of the discussion threads in the Continuous Improvement forum you will find all the basics in exising discussion threads.

Marc,

Just not sure how my reply to another thread he started ended up as an answer to this one... did you join a few of his threads? My answer above has nothing to do with the OP question... could you erase it? or ?

Nope - I didn't join any threads, or any post/thread manipulation. I did rename them and moved 2 to the correct forums.

Marc,

Firstly,I thank your post.
But I don't understand the "OP question" you said,really, can you explain it?Thanks!
My above question's meaning are that:
1)the process of some company's product is simple,but the QMS files is very complex, or the capability of organization's staff are not sufficient;
2)or the staff and procedure is excellent, but the top management don't supply sufficient resource and assistence.His idea is that is a cost, no benefit
the purpuse only respond customer's requirements.
It is easy to understand that we can keep satiate if we has cake in our hands.But the existence is that how to do when we has sufficient cake?
Dear sir, madam:can you give me some valued threads or methodology?
I would look forward your reply very time! Thanks!
