Continuing a nightmare with the quantity of processes in organization

Continuing a nightmare with the quantity of processes in organization:

ISO 9000:2000 :
product- result of a process (3.4.1)
— services (e.g. transport);
— software (e.g. computer program, dictionary);
— hardware (e.g. engine mechanical part);
— processed materials (e.g. lubricant).

So, there are no processes like Contract Review or Control of Documents and even stated below because there is no output for three of them except "product realisation" or I'm still wrong?

NOTE to 4.1 - Processes needed for the quality management system referred to above should include processes for management activities, provision of resources, product realization and measurement.

hello eee

My registrar told me that I din't need to foolow the numbering of the ISO guide.

Take the main points of you business (sales, purchasing, manufacturinig, engineering, etc.) and write your procedures.

Ours are set up as follows:
001 Sales
002 Engineering
003 Scheduling
004 Purchasing
005 Manufacturing
006 Shiping Receiving
007 HR Training
008 Management Responsibility

Then we took each procedure heading and wrote what happened in the procedure (or referenced to Work Instruction).

Under Management Responsibility is all the other stuff that doesn't fall under the other headings (audits, management reviews, doc. control, etc.)

I hope that helps
