Hello everyone. So I'm currently on a contract working in R&D as a between entry and intermediate level engineer. Original contract is 6 months. The expectations from the start was again, 6 month contract with a possibly of an extension. My manager has informed me that we will get together soon to have a 3 month review.
My question is what should I prepare on my own to get ready for this discussion/review?
My ultimate goal would be to be hired as a permanent employee. But I wouldn't want to say that straight out so and make it so obvious. But I do want to highlight what I've done and how I've contributed. But anything specific I should prepare for? How do these "reviews" typically go?
If you need any other information, feel free to ask! I thank you in advance!
