CR checksheets are usually pretty company specific. However, in general, we try make sure PO’s, CO’s, or RFQ’s are reviewed by key people in Sales, R&D, Engineering, Production, and QA as needed to ensure that we are capable of meeting all contract requirements, that all requirements are clearly spelled out, and (for PO's) that the customer PO matches the quote we sent. For high dollar contracts, Top Management sometimes has to give approval of pricing and terms. Just decide who in your company looks at what and make a simple form to reflect that. Hope this helps.
