So, now i am preparing a seperate document for External Document Control, in that shall i mention the control over the customer supplied documents? or did i have a documented procedure for Customer property control to explain control methods over customer supplied material?
Plz help me, i am single here, so thats y i am trying to get maximum information from here.

Even though in your case the customer property is a document, do not mix the issues. This customer property document is an input to your work.
Though you do not need to have a documented procedure for customer property management, if you feel you need to make one for your comfort, you can make a simple procedure.
Do brainstorm and list down which other customer property you manage in your organization and in your procedure address how these are IDENTIFIED , VERIFIED , HANDLED AND STORED SAFELY.
Mention in your procedure the responsibility assigned to personnel for the activities defined above and method of customer communication in case of any loss or damage. The responsibility must also include maintaining the records of communication made to customer. (The communication can be as simple as an e-mail sent to the authorized customer personnel)
