Hi Ellona,
the item that you are citing shall be include in the mandatory procedure of document control according to ISO 9001, if your organization wants to pursue the certification.The clause is 4.2.3 , it is up to the organization identify how to proceed.

Actually im doing on the research for the project asking the question with 4Ws and 1 how of the control of document for further understanding...

Welcome to the Cove.

Unless you have some basic foundation, it is unlikely that you can grasp much within the one or two paragraphs that people normally post.

For a start, I suggest that you get a book on implementing ISO 9001 to read. You can find them in public libraries too. While you are here, I recommend that you have a look at this thread and read the excerpt attached therein (first post by the author, Craig): ISO 9001 in Plain English by Craig Cochran - NEW BOOK
