Hello everybody,
I have a simple question that it might be very obvious but still...
I have PPAP level 3 approval for almost 2 years in one of my programs.. When I submitted my PPAP in the last part or check for my control plan (shipping), I went too fancy and I added the quantity per bin or boxes we're supposed to ship.
After some time my final packing instructions change from 20 pieces per box to 18 pcs per box (changed boxes style). I never changed my control plan but my packing instructions reflect the new quantity.
I have an audit next week and I would like to know if there is a specific note on the AIAG that my control plan MUST reflect my packing instructions. Is there anything that can protect me for an NCR with my actual process?
Thank you
