Little bit of an open discussion, for ops where the correct application of the torque is required for a bolt say and we know this has to be of for example 15Nm +/- 0.1 Nm what are people opinion as to what should be in the Evaluation Measurment Technique column as well as the Control Method.
Some people think that the torque tool applying the torque is the first place is the evaluation and measurement item and the way this is controlled is by being in the calibration system, thus the freq and sample sizes are 100%
Other believe that a second seperate tool should be used to confirm that the original tool applied the correct torque and the freq and size is therefore reduced to the appropiate freq for example once per shift.
