So, anyone who has dealt with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 knows that we are required to identify processes that make up the Quality Management System. I was wondering, has anyone constructed documents similar to process control plans for these types of processes. I know that they are not required. I am just wondering if having something like this, if it would be easier to walk the process and also easier to train new people.
We have process control plans for all of the product that we produce, but what I am thinking about is for non-manufacturing processes, for example purchasing, internal auditing, etc. If anyone has examples, could you in include it in your response?
