Control Plans - How to distinguish controls done by operators vs. QC?

Hi everybody,

Anyone knows how to distinguish controls done by operators and controls done by QC in control plans?

Your help is appriciated.

I usually document who does the check under the "Control Method" column, i.e., "Operator - Record set-up on checklist and on-going X-bar & R chart. QC - Review SPC chart and in-process inspection."
