Could somebody help me please.

We are intending to transfer our control plans to electronic format, could anyone tell me if there is an offical appendix J format available, that I can use instead of creating one myself.

Thanks

Marc

If you're looking for an excel spreadsheet, in the pdf_files directory there are Partcertall-6.06.xls (copy the one lnside and paste into a new workbook) and cp-master.xls

A question came up that I need help with. Do you have to use the control plan format that's in the 3rd edition book or can you just make sure that you cover all the column headings on the control plan form with other documentation (in our case electronic)? Does anyone have an example of "control plan" that does not use the official control plan form?

Our auditor (DNV) told us you don't have to use the AIAG format, but you have to cover all of the same data points.

AIAG has a complete APQP software package using Microsoft Excel for around $200 for 5 users.
