Corona virus Contingency plan - What have you done in your company?

we have told our customers our doors remain open. A few of us are taking the next week off out of our holidays to voluntarily self isolate, to create a bit of a fighting reserve if we suffer with illness over the next few weeks. JCB have sent everyone home for two weeks and that is affecting a few of our customers but in general commercially the work is coming in still. There has been a down play in "commercial" aerospace work but our military side has not abated.

The Michigan Governor will announce a stay at home order today. We are in Michigan.

My company just received a letter from a defense customer and the US government saying we are required to keep supplying military parts to schedule.

Situation in Spain and Italy is chaotic.
The news today are referring the US is sending 25 planes to Russia to get medical equipment..., sign of the times....
