The post from George is from 2001, and he hasn't logged in here since 2009, so there's not much chance of a response. There are other file attachments in the thread, and you can have a look at the Post Attachments List (look up at the top of the screen) for other possibilities.

If you scroll to the top of the page you'll see something that says "Post Attachments List" and if you click on it you can do a search. Also, if you scroll to the bottom of the page you'll find a list of related threads where you might also find something of interest.
