Welcome to the Cove. George hasn't logged in here for more than three years, so a response is doubtful. There's lots of information here about CA, though. If you scroll down the page you'll see a list of related threads, and at the top of the page if you click on "Post Attachments List" you can search for forms that others have shared.

Any chance of getting a copy as well?

I don't know for sure which post you're responding to, but if it's the one from Wally Dniprenko, he hasn't logged in here since 2006 so a response is doubtful. There are several posts with attachments in this thread, and you might have a look at those to see if there's something that suits your needs, or you might check the Post Attachments List. You can always start a new thread if there's something specific you're looking for and can't find.

I would love to see what the form looks like as well. Currently we are working on redoing our forms. Thank you so much! :agree1:

Greg, could I see your procedure that goes with this form? I do like the form. I'm concerned our procedure is over complicated. I appreciate it! Thanks!

Fully vaccinated are you?

This is a very old discussion thread, so the poster you are asking for information from may no longer be visiting here. If anyone else can help it will be appreciated.

CAR is used for resolving existing problems within your QMS processes.

PAR or Preventive Action is used for identifying potential problems or opportunities for improvement or employees suggestion.

In the new ISO 9001:2015, the Preventive action term is no longer use, they replace it with risk assessment processes which the standard trying to equate this with PAR.

Therefore, for me ,it's how we define preventive action and corrective action.

Other confusion caused when we used the term "correction". My understanding with this term is we do correction all times without actually identifying the root causes. Only after we identify the root cause, we only take proper corrective action to resolve the root cause. That is the main difference with both term correction and corrective action.

Oh Boy,
Hear I go ! I have a CAR/MRR (corrective action request /material review report) database that was made in access. Has all the bells and whistles for the whole shebang including a report. I will probably be bombarded by you people, but a copy may be available.

Is this still available?
