Corrective & Preventive action templates for CAPA in telecom industry

Please help me find some templates for CAPA in telecom industry
I tried to use modified 8D report taken from automotive but to to detailed and hardly comparable to srvice dsspecification

Please explain a little more on why the 8D isn't suitable. This format is not only for automotive. It can be used for almost any corrective action. The detail imposed by the 8D format is what makes it so effective as a tool.

Maybe we need to know more about your telecom service specifications and requirements. Is there something there that eliminates some of the 8-D discipline?

Have you looked at the 5-Y format? Try a search in the Cove for 5-Why. I am sure there are some good examples.
