Could I create company specific Employee Records?

I have been asked to have one of these for every employee in the company. The form I have is pretty complicated and takes quite a bit of time to fill out. Does anyone know if the form I have (from a previous company) is standard? Can I make up my own form? Do you have one to share?:confused:

Yes, this is the employee records. I have a form but its pretty complicated and just wondered if they are all the same or does each company do their own formatting.

If its employee records, you can have your own formating.

Btw, what does HRQR stand for - is it Human Resources Quality Records ?

Typically it's company specific because of the way different companies keep, as in the content of, employee records. For example, some companies do not keep certain training records in human resources such as where certain training records are kept by the department the employee works in.

There is no required format as far as I know. However, in some regulated industries governmental or other regulations may apply to a specific minimum content of what records human resources must keep.
