CQE Handbook - Missing Section VII - Risk Management

HELP!!!

I am using the third edition of the CQE handbook, and just realized I don't have Section VII - Risk Management. does anyone else have this problem?

Where did you purchase it? If a section is missing you should contact the company you bought it from.
